Cadet Kelly is on TV Tonight

Hilary's movie Cadet Kelly will be airing tonight, March 6, on the Disney Channel at 8pm eastern.

Although sometimes it's hard to choose, I generally consider Cadet Kelly to be my favorite Hilary Duff movie.
