Hilary Duff named 3rd most Inspirational Celebrity of 2006

Sugar Magazine has named Hilary Duff the 3rd most inspirational celebrity of 2006. The readers of the British teen magazine voted Kylie Minogue #1 on the list.


Kylie Minogue was named Most Inspirational.
