Hilary Duff on the set of her new movie Greta in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Hilary looks good, but I'm not so sure about her shoes in that first picture.

Greta Plot - Hilary Duff to play Waitress
In Hilary Duff's new movie Greta, she will play a waitress. Hilary also played waitress like roles in A Cinderella Story, Raise Your Voice, and in one episode of "Lizzie McGuire."
"Duff's character is a waitress who falls for an ambitious cook (Evan Ross) at the restaurant where they work. But as their summer romance heats up, she has to overcome the concerns of her grandparents (Ellen Burstyn, Michael Murphy) about her boyfriend's criminal past."

Hilary Duff Sued by Fans
Some fans have filed a lawsuit against Hilary Duff claiming that their view of a recent concert was blocked by a film crew.
According to celebtv.com: "On Aug. 30, two male fans filed a lawsuit against Duff, claiming they attended a concert of hers where a film crew blocked their view of the show. The plaintiffs are only asking for $220 in damages, to cover cost of two tickets purchased on eBay, the price of parking for the concert, plus "expenses related to copying and mailing my complaints." According to the documents, the plaintiffs have already notified Duff of their complaint by certified mail."
I am definitely in favor of these guys getting their money back if their view was blocked, but it seems silly to sue someone over such a small amount of money. I seriously doubt that Hilary had anything to do with the film crew being there... shouldn't these guys sue the venue or the production company? Either way, $220 is nothing to Hilary, so I don't think this lawsuit will really bother her much.

Greta to Film in New Jersey - Martin Sheen in Cast?
Portions of Hilary Duff's new movie Greta will be shot in New Jersey. The following was written by a New Jersey newspaper, The Coaster:
The filming of “Greta,” a movie now in production with Hilary Duff and Ellen Barkin, at the Bradley Beach Train Station has been rescheduled for Oct. 13.
Meanwhile, Kevin Chambers’ home on Ocean Pathway in Ocean Grove has been leased for the movie production. Chambers has moved out of his home while the film crew rearranges and completes filming there.
Film crews will shut down the train station in Bradley Beach for the shooting, which was originally set for Friday, Sept. 21 from 3 to 8 p.m.
Duff and Barkin are expected to be there for the filming, and there is a possibility that Martin Sheen will also be in town for the shoot.
Chief Leonard Guida said last week he would coordinate the filming with NJ Transit, which gave authorization for the movie to be filmed at the train station.
Guida raised concerns about commuters coming home on the train on a Friday evening and not being able to get to their vehicles.
The area around the train station will be closed off for the shooting.

Note: I believe they meant to say Ellen Burstyn and not Ellen Barkin. Also it is interesting that Martin Sheen might be in the movie.
