Although she isn't a "tween" anymore, Hilary Duff has made the Forbes list of Hollywood's Top-Paid Tweens. Hilary is eligible because Forbes says that the bulk of Hilary's work still caters to the tween set. Forbes estimates that Hilary earned $5 Million from June 1, 2007 to June 1, 2008.

"Before Miley Cyrus, Disney phenom Hilary Duff owned the tween market. Now the former Lizzie McGuire star, 20, is striving for a more mature audience with roles in indie flicks Greta, Safety Class and War, Inc."
