Hilary Duff - The Queen of Scarves

The blog Sweet Annies Jewelry had a post today calling Hilary Duff "The Queen of Scarves" praising the way Hilary features scarves in her outfits.

Sure enough, I looked through the archives of this blog and was able to find many pictures of Hilary wearing scarves in creative ways:

The release date for Hilary Duff's new book Devoted will be October 11, 2011.
