War Inc DVD Release Pushed Back

The DVD release date for War Inc has been pushed back to October 14, 2008.

The DVD was originally scheduled to be released on July 1, but with the movie doing well at the box office and expanding to more cities, the DVD release date was pushed back to allow the movie to have a full theatrical run.

NBA Finals - June 10, 2008

Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie had some prime seats on Tuesday at Game 3 of the NBA Finals between the Lakers and Celtics at Staples Center in Los Angeles.

War Inc Third Weekend Box Office Results

In its third weekend, War Inc made $47,503 at the box office. Since the movie was playing on more screens this weekend (23), the total earnings went up, but the per screen average fell considerably to $2,065. So far the movie has made a total of $130,258.

Although it's hard to judge since the movie is playing on a very limited number of screens, I think this weekend was a little bit of a disappointment. It will be interesting to see how War Inc does next weekend when it expands outside of the New York and Los Angeles areas.
