Hilary Duff on the Cover of Maxim - January 2009

Here's a pleasant surprise: Hilary Duff will be featured as the cover girl of the January 2009 issue of Maxim Magazine. Its been a slow couple of months for Hilary so it's nice to see her getting her name out there again in a big time way. Maxim is has even pegged her as "the one to watch" in 2009 out of all the young Hollywood starlets.

So will 2009 be a breakout year for Hilary, or just more of the same?

Hilary Duff had a busy day on Monday. She started out at a Pilates class and then headed to the hairdresser. It looks like Hilary got a new cell phone. She had an iPhone, but this looks more like a BlackBerry - the new Storm perhaps?
