Hilary and Haylie Duff spent part of the day on Saturday handing out backpacks for the Los Angeles Mission.

Hilary Duff's baby bump was clearly noticable for the first time today, as she headed to a private gym. Hilary was wearing a striped shirt with gray and yellow Nike sneakers. She was also carrying her little dog Jak.

I really can't tell if they're photoshopped or not. If they are someone went through a lot of effort, since there are a few pics that would have to be altered. I'll let you be the judge.

Hilary Duff was spotted getting lunch on Wednesday from the Daily Grill. She was wearing a black shirt with daisy duke cutoff jeans and high heels. She was also wearing sunglasses and what appeared to be a rosary necklace. Hilary was walking with a mystery man, perhaps a manager of some kind?
