Duff and Usher Are "Coolest" Celebrities According to Survey

Hilary Duff has been named one of the coolest celebrities by the second annual "Hot Or Not?'' survey conducted by Hypothesis Group and Decision Analyst. The survey measures how tweens ages 9-12 view celebrities.

Hilary Duff and Usher were voted "cool" by 63 percent of the respondents, which put them as the coolest celebrities. Johnny Depp and Shaquille O'Neal were next in popularity at 62 percent.

Gwen Stefani and Kelly Clarkson also scored high in the rankings, while Britney Spears, Madonna, Katie Holmes, and Paris Hilton were among the lowest ranked celebrities, being voted "cool" by less than 32 percent of the voters.

This survey shows that Hilary is still very popular among children, but I would be interested to see how she would rank among older teens.
