Hilary Duff to be on Dancing With the Stars?

There are rumors circulating that Hilary Duff might be a guest on an upcoming episode of "Dancing With the Stars." It would appear that Hilary would perform her upcoming single Reach Out. As of now these rumors are unconfirmed, and there have been similar rumors in the past that never came true, so I wouldn't get my hopes up. Performing on "Dancing With the Stars" would be great promotion for the new single and the apparent re-release of Dignity which is supposed to happen in November or December.
