Fragrance Review: Hilary Duff Wrapped With Love
The people at bellasugar reviewed Hilary's new perfume "Wrapped With Love":
"I honestly expected this fragrance to be too junior for me, but the scent is really nice. Typically when you describe something as fruity, you think of the citrus family, but this happens to smell more like a sugary melon medley. I recommend it for daytime and for spring/summer. Wrapped With Love will be available in a 1.7 oz eau de parfum spray ($38) within the next couple of weeks, and shortly following its release you can expect to see a Valentine's Day gift set that includes the same size fragrance as well as a cutesy tank top ($38). If you can put aside the celebrity aspect of the scent and focus only on how it smells, I think you might be pleasantly surprised."

Wrapped With Love - New Advertisement
Hilary looks amazing in this new ad for her new perfume fragrance "Wrapped With Love".

Hilary Duff Denies Lip Syncing
In her recent Monterrey, Mexico concert Hilary had some technical problems which caused her microphone to not work for a few seconds in the beginning of her song "Play With Fire." The technical glitch was caught on video, which caused Perez Hilton to claim that Hilary was lip-syncing the song.
Today in a People.com article, Hilary's reps denied that she was lip-syncing.
"She was not lip-synching," her reps tell PEOPLE. "It was faulty equipment. There was no sound coming out, but she was singing."
Having seen her in concert a number of times, it is my opinion that Hilary probably uses some type of sound enhancement during her shows, but it sounds like she is singing live most of the time. This video on the other hand proves nothing, and it's really a non-story.

Wrapped With Love - In Stores Now
Hilary Duff's new perfume fragrance "Wrapped With Love" officially launches tomorrow, January 15th, but it has already been spotted in stores around the country. Early reports are saying that the new scent smells even better than Hilary's original "With Love."

Hilary arrived in Monterrey Mexico to kick off the Latin American part of her Dignity tour. Hilary had a press conference during the day and did a show at night.
