Hilary Duff is on Complete Woman Magazine Cover

Hilary has made the cover of Complete Woman magazine. This magazine must have been trying to set a record for most words crammed onto a cover. Hilary looks good but they have gone a little heavy on the makeup and airbrushing for my taste.

Hilary was seen in North Hollywood on Wednesday carrying some papers. A script perhaps? She was wearing a scarf and brown cowboy boots.

Hilary Not Nominated for Razzies

For the third year in a row, Hilary Duff has not been nominated for a Razzie Award after being nominated (but never winning) for three straight years before that.

To be fair Hilary really hasn't been in a big movie for a while, so that's probably why.

She wasn't even nominated for Worst Actress of the Decade and Lindsay Lohan was!

Hilary and Mom get Lunch at Il Piccolino

Hilary Duff and mom Susan did some shopping in West Hollywood and stopped in at Il Piccolino for lunch. Hilary was wearing red sweatpants, Nike sneakers and oversized shades.
