More Information About "With Love" - Hilary's New Perfume Fragrance

Hilary Duff will launch her first fragrance, With Love Hilary Duff, this fall under the Elizabeth Arden label. The fragrance was created by perfumers and Stephen Nilsen: "Top notes are of mangosteen fruit and spices; the scent’s heart is also of mangosteen blossom and cocobolo wood, and its drydown includes amber milk and amber musk."
