Hilary Duff at the Kids Choice Awards - March 31, 2007

Hilary presented an award at the Kids Choice Awards last night. I know I've been saying this a lot lately, but Hilary looks so great here. Some people were saying that they didn't like the dress, but I think it's pretty hot.
