Why She’s Hot In ‘08: Hilary is arguably the most well-known actress on the list, but with a rumored boob job, magazine covers, a former boyfriend who knocked up Nicole Richie and a badass/sexy new image, her star is on the rise more than ever before. In 2008 look for her clothing line “Stuff” to hit shelves, four films (”Greta,” “War, Inc.,” “Foodfight!” and “Safety Glass”) and many tabloid covers, because someone who has just figured out they are sexy (and worth upwards of $50 million) is bound to stir up some controversy.
