Duff Parents Fight in Court - Bob Duff Arrested

In a court hearing on Wednesday, Hilary Duff's parents fought over money which ultimately led to Hilary's father Bob Duff being led away in handcuffs.

In the hearing Hilary's mom Susan took the stand to ask for $25,000 to fund Hilary's 21st birthday party - a similar sum that Bob spent on Haylie's 21st birthday party.

The judge ordered Bob Duff to pay $12,500 for the birthday party on top of the $10,000 per month that he already pays Susan in interim support. In a shocking display of out-of-touchness, Susan testified that the 10k per month is "not even enough to pay my own bills."

Bob Duff was then ordered to spend 10 days in jail for contempt of court for violating a court order that states he can not sell any personal assets without court approval.
