Hilary Duff gets Parking Ticket - October 22, 2009

Hilary Duff was back home in California on Thursday. She stopped by Ken Paves Hair Salon in West Hollywood, and picked up a parking ticket on her way back. I have a feeling she'll be able to pay it without a problem.
