Hilary enjoys Beautiful Day in CA - April 21, 2011

Hilary Duff was out and about in LA on Thursday. She was spotted leaving a doctor's office wearing a long striped dress, sunglasses, flip-flops and an over-sized belt. Hilary was also carrying a yellow bag.
