Hilary wants Career after Baby

Hilary Duff has commented about her career plans after she has her baby boy.

She told E! Online that she still wants to do music and might even go back on tour:

"I want to get into the studio. I want to start recording. Even if I just mess around and kind of get myself in the swing of it. Before I got pregnant I was thinking about making a record so I still want to do that. I think that after I have the baby I'll want to sit still for a few months and learn how to be a really good mom and then there's no reason why I can't put a record out and tour...It might take a little while but I'm really excited about it."

It's nice to see Hilary still thinking about her music career, but she's said similar things in the past with no results. I have a feeling that it's going to be a long time before we see any new music from her.

In the same E! Online article Hilary hinted at maybe writing a child's novel. Given her recent success as an author I think that's much more likely than new music in the short term.
