Hilary Back in Los Angeles with Joel and a Cake

After wrapping up a succesful European tour, Hilary Duff is back in Los Angeles. She was recently spotted around town catching a piggy back ride from Joel Madden, and carrying a cake. Hilary hits the road again next week, this time touring Mexico and South America.
