Hilary Duff performs With Love on British TV show Blue Peter. Is it just me, or are these recent British performances kind of lame? Hilary's obviously not singing (sorry, but it's true) and seems kind of uncomfortable on stage. I don't know, maybe I'm just seeing things. Anyway, here's the video:
