Hilary Duff - Teen Choice Awards 2010
Hilary and Mike attended the Teen Choice Awards. The awards were filmed on Sunday night and aired on Monday. Reading stuff around the internet it seems like a lot of people didn't like Hilary's green dress or her hair. Personally I think she looked pretty good. The Teen Choice Awards are a more casual event so I think Hilary's dress reflected that.
