Hilary Duff wins Teen Choice Award

Hilary Duff won the 2010 Teen Choice Award for Choice TV: Female Scene Stealer for her role in Gossip Girl.

Hilary beat out the competition which included:

Bethany Joy Galeotti, One Tree Hill
Katerina Graham, The Vampire Diaries
Shenae Grimes, 90210
Amber Riley, Glee

Hilary attended the event to accept her award.
