Hilary Duff talks about Bullying

I just came across this video of Hilary Duff talking about bullying. The video is a few months old but I had never seen it before. It was for the Barnes and Noble "No Name-Calling Week" back in January.

"Hey everyone. I am Hilary Duff, the author of Elixir and I just wanted to take a second to talk to everyone about bullying, and how it affects us all. When one person is verbally or mentally abusive, the damages can last a lifetime. And sometimes words can hurt much more than physical cuts or bruises. Believe it or not, people that are hurting are usually the ones that hurt others, and it comes from a place of insecurity. So take the high road. Don't be a part of the problem, be a part of the solution. Thanks."
