Hilary headed to Brazil for Elixir Release

Hilary Duff is going to Rio de Janeiro to promote her first book Elixir.

According to the Brazilian website G1, Hilary will be there in September.

The event Hilary will be participating in will take place from September 1st to 11th in the Riocentro area of the city.

This will be Hilary's second time going to Brazil. She was there back in 2008 for her Dignity Tour.

In 2006 Hilary was scheduled to go to Brazil, but the tour was canceled when she got sick.
